Apocrypha of the Fez
A collection of writings, transcriptions of ancient carvings, and various commentaries describing the lore and magic rituals associated with the Blood-Red Fez.
Among other arcane rites described within is one said to call upon the power of an entity that exists outside Time and Space named only as The Father of Sorcerers.
Little is known of the cult which assembled this collection. Based in Constantinople, it was ultimately destroyed by Turkish officials who tried to erase all signs of it ever existing. Its leaders were executed and what remained of its texts and writings ended up in the British Museum.
Its headquarters and enclaved had been built on the site where once stood the Red Tower. The site stood abandoned until an real estate investor acquired it and built what was to become the Shunned Mosque.
